Liverpool and Leipzig have done business before.

The likes of Dominik Szoboszlai, Ibrahima Konate, and Naby Keita all arrived at Anfield from the Bundesliga side.

Sesko has a £58.5 million release clause, which could rise to £66.7 million at the end of the season.
