Jurgen Klopp admitted he didn't have it in him to stop the dramatic slump in Liverpool's form that ruined his final few weeks as Reds manager.

With just over a month of last season to go Liverpool were still in the hunt for the Premier League title and were seen as favourites for the Europa League, but defeats to Atalanta, Crystal Palace and Everton in a 13-day period destroyed any hopes of adding another trophy to the Carabao Cup they had won earlier in Klopp's final season.

The German had shocked the football world when he had announced his decision to step down at the end of the 2023-24 campaign in January last year, and Liverpool had been hoping to secure a fairytale ending for one of most popular figures in the club's history.

Liverpool saw their Premier League and Europa League hopes slip away.

Klopp has since gone on to become Head of Global Soccer for Red Bull, and he uses the end of the documentary to again reiterate that he doesn't see himself returning as a manager in future, as well as predicting a successful period for Liverpool under Arne Slot, who has led the Reds to the top of the Premier League, the last-16 of the Champions League and the Carabao Cup final since arriving last summer.

"I'm relatively sure that I will not work as a manager any more," says Klopp in the closing moments of the documentary.
