Kate Abdo's husband, Malik Scott, has revealed how he got back at Jamie Carragher following the ex-Liverpool star's viral "not loyal" joke last year.

The CBS presenter's husband would later appear on the show alongside Carragher, as well as other co-stars Thierry Henry and Micah Richards, with Scott taking the opportunity to get one back on the ex-England international.

While on camera, Scott revealed a hoodie that sported the names of the CBS panel, but Carragher's surname had instead been crossed off.



It sparked plenty of laughs from the other panelists, with Scott explaining the move to Spacesport Sweden.

He said: “Well I had that hoodie and we just put a little flare onto it for the show.

I didn't have the hoodie like that but by the time I got up there I had Jamie’s name crossed out and they basically asked me what I had on so I opened the shirt and I said, ‘I've got to get me another one because I basically crossed Jamie’s name out on that’.

“That was a little get back at him from the beginning of the story, just the comment that he said about Kate.

However, when asked about rumours he was looking to fight Carragher, the current trainer rubbished the idea.

Addressing the claim, Scott added: “I didn't have any plans on fighting Jamie.

That's all it is.

“I respect him, he respects me, and my wife respects him, and he's going to respect my wife.
