Liverpool moved one step closer to a record-equalling 20th English top-flight title on Sunday.
One player in Slot's squad who faces an uncertain future on Merseyside is Darwin Nunez.
The latest reports from journalist Fabrizio Romano, who specialises in transfers, claim that Liverpool are planning to let the Uruguay striker leave.
It is claimed that Nunez is also open to a move away from the Reds.

"The plan is clear since February and it hasn’t changed: Darwin Nunez, expected to leave Liverpool in the summer," Romano wrote in his Caught Offside column
"After offer turned down by the club in January from Al Nassr, all options will be considered in the upcoming months.
According to Football Transfers, City have held ‘initial talks’ with his representatives, but won’t engage in a bidding war.
With the Reds expected to sign a new left-back this summer, Kerkez is among a number of proposed options that the club are keeping an eye on ahead of the summer.
Kerkez is also friends with Liverpool's Dominik Szoboszlai with the two being international teammates for Hungary.
