Liverpool FC has unveiled plans for a massive fan screening of the 2025 Carabao Cup final against Newcastle United, set to take place at the M&S Bank Arena on Sunday, March 16.
The event, designed for supporters unable to secure tickets for the Wembley clash, marks a return to the iconic waterfront venue that hosted Jürgen Klopp’s emotional farewell event last year.
Doors to the arena will open at 2:30 PM GMT ahead of the 4:30 PM kickoff, with tickets priced at £20 for adults and £10 for juniors under 16.
This year’s screening will accommodate 10,000 supporters, transforming the arena floor into a standing-only zone.
Ticket Sales StructurePhase 1: Pre-Sale for Ballot-Unsuccessful Supporters
Season Ticket Holders and Official Members who missed out on Wembley tickets in the original ballot will gain exclusive access to a pre-sale running from 10:00 AM GMT on March 4 to 7:30 AM GMT on March 6.
No registration is required for this phase, though tickets are not guaranteed.
Phase 2: Priority Registration Based on Attendance
Starting 10:00 AM GMT on March 6, remaining tickets will be allocated to fans who attended specific matches this season:
.
Registrants can request up to four tickets, with adult/junior purchases requiring a 2:1 ratio (e.g., two adults per junior)?
Seasonal Hospitality Members and general registrants will gain access in staggered windows through March 10.
In a shift from previous policies, physical Season Ticket/Membership NFC passes will not grant entry
Instead, attendees must download digital passes via Liverpool FC’s Single Sign-On (SSO) system, introduced in November 2024
Last year’s Klopp farewell saw fans belt “You’ll Never Walk Alone” in unison—a moment etched into club history.
This screening aims to channel that collective spirit, offering displaced supporters a communal alternative to Wembley.
