Liverpool midfielder Ryan Gravenberch will not leave the club this summer but continues to be linked to move to Turkey.
The Dutchman has returned from holiday and joined with the squad for pre-season hoping to prove his quality to new manager Arne Slot.
He was part of the Netherlands Euro squad that reached the semi-final, Although he did not play a single minute for the Dutch.
Gravenberch has been linked to move to Turkey ever since the transfer window opened.
Turkish club Galatasaray was reportedly looking to sign him.
But according to David Lynch, sources close to Ryan Gravenberch have described the speculation over his future at Liverpool as ‘nonsense’.
Gravenberch’s debut season at Liverpool was not perfect.
He had 38 appearances in all competitions but was often termed as ‘lazy’ in his game, his pressing was not always perfect and was criticized for it.
He played under Erik ten Hag in Ajax.
Things did not work for him in Bayern as he was not the first choice.
