Reports from Brazil claim that Liverpool have set their sights on a Brazilian right-back, with the Reds keen on signing him this summer.

The Reds could be in the market for a right-back this summer as the future of Trent Alexander Arnold remains undecided.

According to journalist Bruno Andrade of Brazilian paper UOL, the Reds are interested in signing Flamengo right-back Wesley.

The report claims that “Liverpool have been watching the 21-year-old since last season and recently decided to make the first informal approaches with a view to evaluating a deal after the Club World Cup.”
