An interaction between Jeremie Frimpong and Ryan Gravenberch has been gathering some attention amid reports from Germany linking the Leverkusen defender to Liverpool.
The Dutch international is said to be a prime target for the Reds amid ongoing uncertainty surrounding Trent Alexander-Arnold’s future at Anfield.
Earlier this week, German outlet BILD claimed Liverpool manager Arne Slot has been in regular communication with Frimpong throughout the 2024/25 season.

The Dutch connection between the two appears to be playing a significant role in Liverpool’s pursuit, with Slot having reportedly shown his endorsement for the 24-year-old since last summer.

The coach wanted the lightning-fast defender at the beginning of the season,” reported Christian Falk.
One of the most appealing aspects of a potential deal for Frimpong is his reported €40 million release clause.
