Trent Alexander-Arnold is yet to play for Liverpool since reports emerged of a pre-contract agreement to sign for Real Madrid this summer is inching closer.
Arne Slot later clarified that the injury would lead to a six-week absence for his vice captain.

Then came reports claiming Alexander-Arnold is, apparently, on course to become a Real signing.
But now a new hint has been made towards when Alexander-Arnold will play for Liverpool, once again.

Following the injury, Slot said he hopes to have the full-back back before the end of the season.
Speaking before the Carabao Cup final against Newcastle, Liverpool boss Slot said: "Trent is not available.
"He will not be there at the final.
This could be the 26-year-old's final-ever appearance for the club; if he's back in time and then in turn announces his intention to move clubs this summer.

It comes following the news that Liverpool are increasingly confident they can reach a contract agreement with Alexander-Arnold's teammate Mohamed Salah.
