According to Sky Germany reporter Florian Plettenberg, Frankfurt are currently not in talks with Man City over signing Marmoush despite reports suggesting that is the case.
The report also claims that the Bundesliga club are yet to receive any bids for the 25-year-old and that Marmoush himself has not indicated that he is seeking a transfer to a new club this month.

Liverpool have until February 3 to complete their transfer business before the window closes until the summer.
Marmoush has scored 18 goals with 12 assists for Frankfurt in all competitions this season, and has also been tipped to follow in the footsteps of compatriot and Reds star, Mohamed Salah.
Marmoush is reported to be valued at around €60million (£50million) by Frankfurt, who only signed for the Bundesliga club on a free transfer back in the summer of 2023.
The forward has played the majority of the season as a central striker for Frankfurt but has also been used on the left wing as well as in midfield on several occasions.
