Liverpool midfielder Curtis Jones was not spotted in the open training session that Arne Slot oversaw ahead of the Reds traveling to the Netherlands to take on PSV in the Champions League.
But Joe Gomez has made a surprise return.
Jones limped off with an injury during the 2-1 win over Lille at Anfield a week ago which saw Liverpool secure its place in the top two spots in the new-look group phase.
He then missed the weekend's victory over Ipswich Town in the Premier League.
As the Liverpool players were put through some light drills ahead of flying to Eindhoven, Jones didn't emerge for the session and no others appeared to be missing.
"He went out during half-time, so that's mostly not a good sign," Slot said when he was asked about Jones at the end of last week.

That is scheduled to take place at 6.45pm UK time (1.45pm ET) with Diogo Jota sidelined at the moment and not expected back for a few weeks.
