Arne Slot admits Conor Bradley is facing a spell on the sidelines after the Liverpool defender limped out of the draw at Aston Villa.
Bradley suffered a muscle injury that forced him off a minute before the end of normal time in the 2-2 Premier League draw on Wednesday evening.
The Northern Ireland international had only been introduced midway through the second half for Trent Alexander-Arnold, who struck the equaliser that helped move the Reds eight points clear at the Premier League summit having now played a game more than second-placed Arsenal.
Bradley missed six weeks earlier this season when suffering a hamstring problem in the Champions League win over Real Madrid at Anfield.

And while the player will now undergo tests to ascertain the extent of any damage, Slot expects the right-back to be missing for Sunday’s trip to Manchester City and the visit of fellow League Cup finalists Newcastle United three days later.
“It’s difficult,” said the Reds boss.
He tried to continue but had to go out.
“All the time with injuries, I always say if a player wants to go out himself, that’s not a promising sign.
“That will probably lead to the fact he’s 99.9% sure not available for City and I don’t expect him (to play) against Newcastle as well.
“Then we have to see if it’s one or two weeks or if it’s going to be even longer.”

Liverpool were again without Cody Gakpo at Villa Park, although Slot stated earlier this week he is hopeful the Dutchman will be available for the weekend trip to the Etihad.
