Liverpool has been in contact with the representatives of Benjamin Sesko over a possible summer transfer to Anfield.
The Reds are expected to be in the market for a new striker in the off-season, with Darwin Nunez likely to be sold after three underwhelming years at the club following a huge transfer from Benfica in 2022.
Nunez has averaged less than a goal every three games since moving to Anfield, and he is currently enduring statistically his worst season since moving to Europe in 2019, having scored just seven goals in 38 appearances.
It is claimed by Rousing the Kop that the Reds are exploring a number of options in the market, and that contact has been made with Sesko's camp.

RB Leipzig is reportedly likely to sell Sesko this year, two years after he joined the club, and a move to the Premier League is said to be growing more and more likely.
Regarding Nunez, he was the subject of interest from multiple Saudi Pro League clubs during the January transfer window, with Al-Nassr and Al-Hilal both keen on the 25-year-old forward.
Arne Slot was unwilling to let Nunez leave midway through the season with the Reds in contention for a number of trophies, but Liverpool could sell him in the summer transfer window when the Reds expect there to continue to be a strong market for the Uruguayan.
Slot recently criticized Nunez's work rate, saying last month: "For the second time in a row, I wasn't happy with his work effort against Wolves and against Villa.
That is mainly because he always works so hard."
Despite some of his flaws, Nunez has chipped in with key contributions this season, most notably against Brentford in January and in the Reds' most recent game, against Southampton this weekend.
