Few players have been linked with Liverpool as frequently as Milos Kerkez this season, but Reds fans won't have been too pleased with what they heard from the Bournemouth left-back last week.
In a YouTube stream, the 21-year-old emphatically responded to the rumors, saying: "I will not go to Liverpool.
For everybody listening, I will not go to Liverpool."
It would be silly to read too much into that, given Kerkez was unlikely to say otherwise and risk piling unnecessary pressure on himself for the remainder of the campaign.
However, should Kerkez not end up moving to Anfield in the summer, the Reds will indeed have to look elsewhere for their long-term left-back solution.
