Liverpool have been left to digest just their second Premier League defeat of the season.

Here's the latest news coming out of Liverpool.

Darwin Nunez has been told to consider leaving Liverpool this summer as former Premier League star Gus Poyet believes the striker is "treated differently" to some of his team-mates.



Nunez has been heavily linked with a potential summer move and has made just eight Premier League starts so far this season - which has resulted in just seven goals.

"I think he needs to make a decision this summer on whether he's happy with his role at Liverpool or he wants something different," Poyet told bettingexpert.com.

"He's the number one striker for the national team and he's the kind of player you don't want to play against.

The contest against the J1 League club will take place at Nissan Stadium in Yokohama on July 30 with the Merseyside outfit heading to Japan for a pre-season tour for the first time.

Before that clash Slot’s side will take on Italian giants AC Milan in the first football fixture to be played at the newly opened Kai Tak Stadium in Hong Kong.
