Gleison Bremer 'identified' as Van Dijk replacement
Liverpool is eyeing up Gleison Bremer as a potential replacement for Virgil van Dijk, according to Spanish outlet Fichajes.
It's claimed that the Brazilian is being seriously considered for next summer, having been identified as the ideal candidate to replace Van Dijk.
Bremer was linked with Liverpool during the summer, although he ended up signing a new deal to keep him at Juventus until 2028.

Mohamed Salah transfer interest
Mohamed Salah is drawing interest from a couple of European powerhouses as his Liverpool future remains up in the air.
According to Spanish outlet El Nacional, PSG and Juventus have both made enquiries, and are willing to make the Egyptian an offer.
Salah though is reportedly 'desperate' to extend his stay at Liverpool, with less than 12 months now remaining on his current contract.

Liverpool to 'break club rule' for Salah
Liverpool is willing to break with its usual contract policy for players aged over 30 in order to keep Mohamed Salah at the club, according to Football Insider.
It's claimed that the Reds are willing to do everything they can to extend the Egyptian's stay at Anfield, despite not usually handing out lucrative contracts to players the wrong side of 30.
Salah though is seemingly viewed as an exception to the rule, with both parties said to be willing to come to an agreement soon.

Virgil van Dijk opens up on contract
Virgil van Dijk has expressed his desire to stay at Liverpool as he targets a spot in the Netherlands' squad for the 2026 World Cup.
The Reds captain had put serious doubt on his future at Anfield and with his national team immediately following the Dutch's Euro 2024 defeat to England.
Van Dijk though has now indicated he wants to continue with both teams as he eyes up another major international tournament:
