Although the January transfer window has officially closed, it seems Liverpool remains proactive in shaping the future of its young players.
The Reds focused heavily on loaning out promising talents during the window
One of the standout moves was Stefan Bajcetic’s loan switch.
Initially sent to RB Salzburg, Bajcetic returned to Liverpool before being reassigned to Las Palmas in Spain.
He has already scored his first goal for the La Liga side, with Spanish media praising him for his showing on Sunday.
In a more recent development, James Norris has now officially completed a loan move to Shelbourne until the end of the season.
Norris has featured twice at the senior level for Liverpool and was named on the bench four times this term under manager Arne Slot.
His move to Shelbourne, the reigning Irish Premier Division champions, offers him a unique opportunity to contribute to a team that has just begun its title defense with a convincing 3-1 win over Derry City.
What was said on the Liverpool man and Shelbourne FC?
Norris could be available for selection when they travel to Waterford on Friday.
Speaking to shelbournefc.ie, James Norris said:
“Absolutely delighted to sign for Shelbourne.
Really excited to play in Tolka Park and bring more success to the club and fans.”
Damien Duff, Shelbourne FC manager said: “We will never look to stand still hence we have continuously looked to add to the squad.

“James has made his debut for Liverpool but it is time for him to go out and grow more.He is a very attacking, technical player who can help us build the game in many different ways.
“I’ve loved watching him from afar and I can’t wait to see him up close and personal.
There is a deep rooted connection between Dublin and Liverpool so I have no doubt that Chuck will feel right at home”
Luke Byrne, Shelbourne FC Technical Director said: “We are really excited and proud to welcome James to the club?
He is a very technical, composed footballer and will fit in well with the squad and the way we want to play.
