With the transfer window set to close at 11pm on Monday, the ECHO has taken a look at the latest news and transfer gossip.
Liverpool 'eye' move for Man United target
Portuguese newspaper Record (via Sport Witness) claim that Liverpool are 'well positioned' to sign Geovany Quenda in the summer transfer window.
This comes after reports earlier this week suggested that Manchester United had already wrapped up a deal for him.
That claim has since been pushed back in Portugal and England, and a deal is said to have not been agreed between the two parties with United simply 'strong' admirers.
Transfermarkt values Quenda at £30m, although reports in Portugal have suggested that he has a £83.6m release clause written into his contract at Sporting.

Rayan Cherki transfer stance emerges
Caught Offside claims Liverpool continue to monitor Cherki's situation ahead of transfer deadline day on Monday
It has been reported though, that they will face competition from Manchester United and Tottenham for his signature.
It's not the first time that Slot's side have been credited with an interest in signing Cherki, with the rumours emerging before the January window opened
Lyon are siad to value the Frenchman at around €22million (£18.4m), with Liverpool apparently approaching the Ligue 1 side over a potential move.
It has been suggested, though, that if the Reds are to sign Cherki, it may have to wait until the summer.
