Liverpool fans are expecting an exciting summer with plans afoot to revamp the playing squad.
The Reds will hope to head into the break as Premier League title winners and need just a handful more wins to ensure that will be the case.
From there, Liverpool look set to make several new additions as Arne Slot begins to shape the team in his image.
There will be further excitement off the pitch too, as Liverpool begin their new contract with Adidias.
The German sportswear giant will provide the Reds’ kit for the first time since 2012.
Unfortunately, Liverpool will continue to wear Nike throughout pre-season, with Adidas’ start date pushed back until August.
And with that little detail already known, further plans for pre-season emerged on Monday, with the Reds set for a first ever visit to one country this summer.

It is a shame that Liverpool will not be sporting their new kits and training gear during their annual pre-season tour.
Getting the new outfits in always feels like a fresh start.
Nevertheless, there may be a signing or two through the door by then, and as was officially revealed by Liverpool on Monday they could be linking up with their new teammates in the Far East.

From there, Liverpool will then travel to Japan, for what will be a first ever summer visit to the country.
As of yet there are no details of who and when the Reds will be playing in Wataru Endo’s home country.
Obviously, Liverpool’s trip to Japan will not have had anything at all to do with Endo, but the presence of the national team captain is still noteworthy nonetheless.
Even more interestingly, there have been new rumours that Endo is ready to leave Liverpool this summer and, as a result, he may no longer be at the club by the time the tour comes around.
It should not be top of Slot’s thinking here, not a chance, but it would seem like a bit of an own goal for the Reds to sell Endo just before a trip to his home country.
As captain of Japan, Liverpool’s No.3 is clearly extremely popular in his homeland and the Reds’ visit will resonate far more with Endo onboard.
So, although it would probably be unwise to read too much into this, we’d suggest it may be a positive sign that Liverpool’s Japanese cult hero is going nowhere this summer.
