Liverpool is likely to demand between $52 million and $64 million for Harvey Elliott amid apparent interest from Newcastle.
Elliott has endured a difficult season, barely figuring under Arne Slot having made good strides in his Reds career under previous manager Jurgen Klopp.
Elliott suffered a fractured foot at the beginning of the season, and it initially seemed as though that might have been the reason that Slot used him sparingly upon his return to fitness in December, but he has been unable to make any significant inroads in the team in 2025.
The 21-year-old has been restricted to just four starts all season, three of which came in the domestic cups, with the other coming in a Champions League dead rubber against PSV Eindhoven.

Elliott's biggest contribution this season — although it ultimately counted for nothing — was his winning goal away to Paris Saint-Germain, after which he aired his frustration at his lack of game time this season.
"I'm still young - it's a hard thing to understand in my head really," he said.
There are moments within the season where I am getting angry and frustrated because I want to play but at the same time I need to respect the situation.
That's why I feel like we're in the position we are in this season because of his decisions.
"As a player you always need to stay composed.
Moments like [Paris Saint-Germain] keep me motivated and the hunger is still within me to go out and show what I can do."
