Luis Diaz continues to be linked with a transfer to Barcelona, and the latest claim coming from Spain says that the player has offered himself to the Catalan club this summer.
Diaz is enjoying statistically the best season of his Liverpool career, having scored 13 goals in 33 appearances in all competitions, but links with a move to Barca have never been too far away.
And now El Chiringuito claims that Diaz's camp has held talks with Barcelona sporting director Deco ahead of a possible summer move and 'offered himself' to the club.
Barcelona remains in the market for a left-sided forward having neglected to address the position last summer, despite registering an interest in Spain international Nico Williams from Athletic Bilbao.

Spanish outlet Sport reported last week that Barca was interested in both Diaz and Newcastle United striker Alexander Isak, and had been informed by the latter of his desire to move to the Nou Camp, although a deal for Isak was deemed unlikely considering the lofty fee that Newcastle would undoubtedly demand for the 25-year-old.
If Barcelona makes a significant player sale in the summer, then it is said that Isak would be the Catalan club's No.1 choice in the summer, but a deal for Diaz is reportedly deemed a less difficult one to do.
Diaz, 28, would obviously command a lower transfer fee than Isak and most likely significantly lower wages too, and Sport reported that Diaz would be "delighted" to move to Catalonia
Diaz's contract at Liverpool is due to expire in the summer of 2027, and his value will likely drop significantly between the summers of 2025 and 2026, which could tempt the Reds to do business this summer.
It was reported by Anfield Watch earlier this month that Diaz has frustrated Slot lately, having followed up his explosive start to the Premier League season, when he scored five goals in five appearances, with just four goals in his last 18 appearances, although he was back on the scoresheet for the first time in 11 games in the win against Wolves last weekend.
