Welcome to the Liverpool transfer deadline day blog as the January transfer window nears its conclusion.
It has been a relatively quiet window for the Reds so far, with no new signings arriving at Anfield since the turn of the year.
There is still time for that to change, though, with Liverpool having until 11pm tonight to complete their transfer business.
Rumours swirled throughout the entirety of January claiming that Liverpool could be in the market for potential new signings.
Some players that have been linked with a move to Anfield in recent weeks include Bournemouth left-back Milos Kerkez, Paris Saint-Germain playmaker Xavi Simons and Ajax defender Jorrel Hato.
Reports have also emerged claiming that Sporting Lisbon star Geovany Quenda could be a target for Liverpool.
There has also been speculation that some Liverpool stars could leave Anfield in the weeks or months ahead.
Mohamed Salah, Trent Alexander-Arnold and Virgil van Dijk all remain out of contract at the end of the season and can open talks with clubs outside England about signing as a free agent at the end of the season.
Away from transfers, Liverpool will be building up to the second leg of their Carabao Cup semi-final against Tottenham Hotspur on Thursday night.
After that, attention will turn to the fourth-round tie of the FA Cup against Plymouth Argyle next weekend.
Stay tuned for all the latest Liverpool transfer rumours and as we bring you updates throughout the day.
