Stefan Bajcetic 'close' to signing for Red Bull Salzburg
Red Bull Salzburg are reportedly in advanced talks to sign Liverpool midfielder Stefan Bajcetic on loan.
That's according to Fabrizio Romano, who claims negotiations are in the "final stages, with a deal "close" to being agreed.
The Spain under-21 international endured a difficult campaign at Anfield last term as injuries restricted him to just three appearances for the first-team.

Federico Chiesa has already delivered message Liverpool fans will love after transfer enquiry
Liverpool supporters will love Federico Chiesa's verdict that Steven Gerrard was a better midfielder than Frank Lampard and Paul Scholes.
The Reds are weighing up whether to move for the 26-year-old forward.
The Italy international has fallen out of favour under new Juventus manager Thiago Motta and, as a result, was left out of the club's squad for recent Serie A matches against Como and Hellas Verona.
Ahead of Friday's transfer deadline, Liverpool are deciding whether to make a formal offer for Chiesa, who joined Juventus from Fiorentina four years ago.
And with a potential move to Anfield on the cards, eagle-eyed Liverpool supporters have found a clip of Chiesa from May 2022 where he heaps praise on former Reds captain Steven Gerrard.
During a match between Juventus and Lazio, the 26-year-old was asked which legendary English midfielder he preferred out of Gerrard, Lampard and Scholes: "Who would I rather have in my midfield?
Stevie G," replied Chiesa.

Midfielder set to stay at Anfield
James McConnell is reportedly set to stay at Liverpool after an injury scuppered his hopes of securing a loan move away from the club.
The midfielder made nine appearances for the Reds last season and, according to The Athletic, was expected to go out on loan this season.
However, The Athletic are reporting that McConnell will now stay at Anfield after suffering an injury.
Morton is valued at around £20million by the Reds and had attracted interest earlier in the summer from Italian side Atalanta and Bundesliga outfit RB Leipzig.
But Leverkusen head coach Xabi Alonso, himself a former Liverpool midfielder, wants to sign the 21-year-old on a season-long loan with an offer now being considered by Liverpool.
Morton made his senior Reds debut almost three years ago but has spent the last two campaigns on loan in the Championship at Blackburn Rovers and Hull City.
The England under-21 international featured for part of Liverpool's pre-season under new boss Arne Slot and has been training with the first team, but failed to make the matchday squad for the opening two Premier League games.

Giorgi Mamardashvili had a medical on Monday, but the goalkeeper may not be the first and last deal done.
Federico Chiesa should be a player familiar to those who follow transfer rumours about the Reds because the Juventus winger has previously been the subject of speculation about signing for Liverpool over recent windows.
