Although Atalanta were said to have agreed a deal with Juventus, the Bergamo club has had a change of heart and would prefer to move him away from Italy.

Liverpool has ruled out selling Mohamed Salah this summer, according to The Mirror.

Salah is now into the final year on his current deal at Anfield, with Liverpool claimed to be trying to persuade him to stay beyond 2025.

If they're unsuccessful, they would risk losing the Egyptian for free next summer, although there is no suggestion the Reds will look to move him on in the next few weeks, whether or not he signs a new contract.

It's suggested that left-back is a key area that Liverpool is focusing on, with the Reds still yet to make any new signings.
