Liverpool were forced to settle for a point as they drew 2-2 with Manchester United in the Premier League.

The draw means that Liverpool moved six points clear of Arsenal with a game in hand, missing the opportunity to extend their advantage further after Mikel Arteta's side also dropped points this weekend.

The Reds will now have a break from Premier League action as they take on Tottenham Hotspur in the Carabao Cup in midweek, before hosting Accrington Stanley in the FA Cup next weekend.
