Luis Diaz and his fiancée were supported as they enjoyed a quick holiday.

Their next game is against Leicester City on Sunday afternoon.

Away from the pitch, Diaz has been in a relationship with Gera Ponce since 2013.



In a post shared earlier this week, Gera shared several pictures of herself with the Eiffel Tower in the background, sporting a chequered jacket and Chanel sunglasses.

She also shared an image of her and Diaz smiling outside a Parisian restaurant.

She and Diaz were flooded with support in the comments section after she uploaded the post.

One said: “The best couple in the whole wide world.” Another said: “Beautiful and very well dressed.” A third added: “Gorgeous, you deserve it!”

Last week, Gera shared a series of pictures of her enjoying the sunny weather in the UK.

Earlier this year, she shared a picture of her and Diaz holding hands as they walked down Duke Street in Liverpool city centre.

In an Instagram post on January 25 last year, Gera revealed they had met on April 25 2013, and several special family memories had occurred on that day too, including the birth of their second child.

Gera said: “On our seventh anniversary on April 25, we decided it was time to watch our family grow.
