Luis Enrique has questioned whether the Premier League is the best in the world after promising to go for a THIRD English scalp.
Paris Saint Germain have already knocked out Liverpool and Aston Villa on the way to the Champions League semi finals.
They have now got Arsenal in their sights and PSG boss Enrique says the French giants are determined to “rewrite history” by winning the trophy for the first time.
But Enrique also delivered a dig towards Liverpool after knocking out the newly-crowned English champions and says that knocking out them and Villa will only give his players confidence before facing Arsenal.
When asked whether beating English teams will help, PSG boss Enrique said: “Maybe that is a question for Mr Arteta.
But In terms of confidence, it is very positive for us.
“We beat Liverpool and they won the Premier League this year.
One of the best teams, yes, without a shadow of a doubt.

Enrique is great friends with Arsenal boss Mikel Arteta and the Gunners beat PSG in the league stage of the competition back in October.
But ex-Spain star Enrique says PSG are much better now and that they have got their eyes on making history just like Arsenal who have also not won the Champions League.

Enrique said: “I would like to remind you that Arsenal has not won the Champions League before and only one of us will get the ticket to the final over the two legs and I hope that will be PSG.
“The game that you are talking about took place on October 1 so that was seven or eight months ago there are huge differences between now and then.
“I have reviewed the game, and seen how far our game has come and we are better now.
