One bookmaker has already paid out on Liverpool to win the Premier League this season after Arsenal suffered a shock 1-0 defeat to West Ham United on Saturday.

The Gunners had the opportunity to cut the deficit at the top of the table to five points ahead of the Reds' trip to Manchester City on Sunday afternoon.

However, Jarrod Bowen's first-half header at the Emirates Stadium proved to be the latest setback for Mikel Arteta's side, who had Miles Lewis-Skelly sent off before the full-time whistle signalled a third defeat of the Premier League campaign.

It means should Liverpool secure a first Premier League win at the Etihad in ten years on Sunday afternoon, they will move 11 points clear of Arsenal with just 11 games of the season remaining.

As a result of the Gunners' defeat on Saturday, Paddy Power revealed that they have decided to pay out on Liverpool winning the Premier League this season.

Writing on X, Paddy Power said: "We've seen enough.

With Arsenal losing to West Ham, the title race is as good as over.

So we're paying out on Liverpool to win the 2024/2025 Premier League."
