Plymouth Argyle boss Miron Muslic hailed the “greatest moment” of his coaching career before heading home to relive victory over Liverpool while eating nachos and drinking Fanta.
Ryan Hardie’s second-half penalty was enough for the Championship strugglers to beat an unrecognisable Reds side 1-0 in their FA Cup fourth round clash at Home Park on Sunday afternoon.
It was only a fourth defeat of the season for Liverpool, with Arne Slot having left 10 regular starters at home and given debuts to two youngsters during the match.
Nevertheless, it represented a major scalp for Plymouth.
And Muslic said: “Normally, I am very, very good in my words and eloquent, but I’m a little bit speechless to be fair.

“I’m very emotional because I realise the task today and the opponent.
It’s the FA Cup and Liverpool.
“The biggest moment is yet to come – ending the season by staying up.
Now I am going to go home and watch the game, eat some nachos and drink some Fanta.”
Explaining Plymouth’s gameplan, Muslic said: “It was part of the plan to keep a very good defensive structure, we had to enjoy defending and we just did it.
To win this game we needed a bit of luck and we got that in the 99th minute.
