Mo Salah delighted Liverpool fans this morning after it was announced that the Egyptian forward had signed a new two-year contract with the club.
There had been growing fears that Salah could leave the club for free this summer.
However, this morning’s news will ensure he will be at the club next season.

Salah is a major reason why Liverpool are close to clinching their 20th league title this season with his 27 goals making him the top scorer in the Premier League this season.
Away from the pitch, Salah has been married to his childhood sweetheart Magi Sadeq.
The couple have two daughters together - Makka, who was born in 2014, and Kayan, who was born in 2020.
Salah says his house, located in the North West, “looks like a hospital” with several areas dedicated to his personal fitness but Magi isn’t a fan of the remark.
Laughing, he said: "Two rooms in our house are dedicated to different fitness machines, bodybuilding.
So, it’s a big change.”
Earlier this year, Makka made her television debut during the month of Ramadan with a small role in the hit Egyptian series "Kamel El Adad".
The show returned for its third season this Ramadan and stars Dina El-Sherbini as Layla, a woman working in the cosmetics industry, and Sherif Salama, who plays her husband Ahmed Mokhtar, a cosmetic surgeon.
In the scene, Laila’s (Dina El Sherbiny) children playfully lock Makka in a box, prompting Laila to step in before her father knows.
Salah also took Makka to Blackpool earlier this year.
Salah and Nancy laughed as their daughters met each other.
They then took part in a game on the high striker, also known as a strength tester, for the ad.
