Mohamed Salah has been discussing his compatriot Omar Marmoush this international break amid plenty of transfer stories linking the Eintracht Frankfurt man to Liverpool.
The 25-year-old Egyptian international has been in exceptional form this season, attracting interest from top European clubs.
This current season, he has scored 14 goals and provided 10 assists in 16 appearances, showcasing his offensive prowess and versatility.
Standing at 183 cm, Marmoush is known for his versatility in the attacking third, capable of playing as a centre-forward or on either wing.
He possesses exceptional dribbling skills, pace, and a keen eye for goal, making him a constant threat to opposing defences.
Reports indicate that Liverpool is preparing a bid for Marmoush, with a transfer fee estimated between €50 million and €60 million that Frankfurt would want for their star man.
Liverpool may face competition from other Premier League clubs, including Chelsea, who have also shown interest in Marmoush.
German outlet BILD has reported that the Anfield club have already started talks with the 25-year-old and that the transfer process has already been initiated.
Furthermore, the report asserts that Marmoush himself is weighing up his own future, and has come to the conclusion that his dream move would indeed be to Liverpool.
If you need any more convincing that there was some sort of truth to all these reports, it seems the admin of Eintracht Frankfurt also believes there is some substance to the report:

Now Mohamed Salah has spoken on his compatriot.
What did Mohamed Salah say about Liverpool-linked Omar Marmoush?
Mohamed Salah was exempted from national team duty with Egypt this international break over concerns about artificial pitches and injuries.
The Pharaohs drew 1-1 with Cape Verde last week and face Botswana tomorrow evening, both AFCON qualifiers.
As a result of the spare time, Salah held a talk at the 43rd Sharjah International Book Fair (SIBF 2024) on Sunday, at the Expo Centre in Sharjah, UAE.

When quizzed on comparisons with his younger peer, Salah believes that this kind of talk will not be helpful to Marmoush:
“There are not many players from Egypt and the Arab countries who went to Europe and fought for success, and Marmoush is one of them,” Salah said via the Liverpool Echo.
“I see that he has great potential, he is an important player for his team and the national team, I want to stay away from him the idea of comparisons to make his life easier.”
Salah continued:
“I want people to stop comparing him to me, by saying that he will be the new Salah and will do what he did and overcome, that will put him under pressure all the time and does not help the player.”
“It will put him in comparison with a player who has been very successful over the past years, but he is still starting his career?
