With 16 assists also to his name, the Reds forward now sits on 41 goal contributions – which means he has become only the player in Premier League history to register 40+ goal involvements in two seasons.

Salah not only made Premier League history against Man City, he also wrote himself into Liverpool folklaw.
As well as scoring, the 32-year-old also provided the assist for Dominik Szoboszlai’s goal which takes him to 16 league assists for the season.
That tally means he has just broken a 29-year-old Liverpool record, having overtaken Steve McManaman’s record of 15 from 1995/96.
Salah has reguarly broke records this season and you would expect him to keep breaking them as the campaign wears on.
