Liverpool has confirmed Mohamed Salah has signed a new contract at the club.
The new deal will keep the Egyptian at Anfield until 2027, with months of speculation over his future having been brought to an end in the process.
We'll bring you all the reaction and more as Arne Slot is also set to speak to the media today (Friday) ahead of this weekend's Premier League match against West Ham United.
The Dutchman hasn't been in front of the cameras since last Sunday when the Reds were beaten 3-2 by Fulham at Craven Cottage, but it has proved to be a significant week since then.
No doubt he will speak about Salah's new deal, and news that Virgil van Dijk is also close to signing a contract extension was a welcome relief to fans after a season that has been dominated by speculation surrounding their deals.
The Brazilian has missed the last two matches due to a head injury, but the expectation is that he will be available against West Ham.
As for transfer news, Dean Huijsen has revealed he does have a release clause in his contract, prompting inevitable talks of a summer exit, while Ryan Gravenberch's agent has made some alarming claims about the player one day moving to Real Madrid or Barcelona.
Stay up to date with Friday's press conference here and all of the latest Liverpool news.

Virgil van Dijk announcement not expected
We understand that Virgil van Dijk's new contract won't be announced today following on from confirmation of Mohamed Salah's deal.
The Liverpool captain though shouldn't be too far behind his teammate in putting pen to paper.
He revealed earlier this week that "progress" had been made in his discussions with the club, and he is expected to extend his stay now.
