Mohamed Salah has his sights set on winning more silverware after signing a new contract at Liverpool.

The Egyptian’s new deal at Anfield was confirmed on Friday, with Salah putting pen to paper on an agreement that will keep him at the club until 2027.

The contract brings an end to months of speculation, during which it had seemed as though the 32-year-old might have been playing his final year at Liverpool.

Now though, Salah is set to bring up a decade at the club, having joined back in 2017, and fans will hope Virgil van Dijk won’t be far behind him in signing a new deal.
