West am star Jarrod Bowen has concedes mistakes from his side cost the club a result against Arsenal.
The Hammers lost 5-2 against the Gunners to remain in 14th spot in the Premier League table.
Julen Lopetegui's men reduced the score from 4-0 to 4-2, but the hosts failed to return with a goal following Bukayo Saka's penalty before the break.
Dicussing West Ham's performance to Sky Sports, Bowen said: "There was a lot down to us, how we were without the ball and a couple of mistakes as a team.
Set-pieces we worked hard knowing they were a threat.
Two penalties and they're just frustrating goals to concede.
"We were fighting back and we got to 4-2.
Tomorrow is a new day and it is all focus towards Leicester."

Kai Havertz has matched his total Premier League goal involvements while at Chelsea for Arsenal - in 42 fewer games.
The versatile German brought up his fifth league goal this season in the 5-2 win away at West Ham.
He has now banged in 18 top-flight goals for the Gunners since swapping Stamford Bridge for the Emirates in the summer of 2023.
Havertz has now contributed directly to 26 Premier League goals for Arsenal in 49 matches.
During his three-year stint for the Blues, he amassed 26 goals/assists in 91 outings.

The referee blows the final whistle, and that is a huge win for Arsenal.
All of the goals came in one of craziest first 45 minutes of football you are likely to see, with the second half much more sedate.
Goals from Gabriel Magalhaes, Leandro Trossard, Martin Odegaard and Kai Havertz had the Gunners 4-0 up.
But with their first shot, the Hammers got back in the game through Aaron Wan-Bissaka before Emerson scored a magnificent free-kick.
However, Arsenal grabbed a fifth through a Bukayo Saka penalty, and that was where the scoring ended.
But it was an impressive display from Arsenal, who are back on track after a bit of a wobble.

While things have quietened down a little bit on the pitch in this half, there have been some incidents in the stands.
A video has emerged showing a large bunch of West Ham fans scrapping amongst themselves in the stands.
It's unclear exactly what started it, but the footage shows how quickly the situation escalated.
As of yet, there have been no arrests, but we'll have the latest on this story as it develops.

This has been a much quieter second half, and it appears Mikel Arteta thinks the game is done as well.
He takes Bukayo Saka and Martin Odegaard off.
Gabriel Jesus and Raheem Sterling are the men to be brought on.

Couple more changes from Julen Lopetegui as he elects to take Michail Antonio and Emerson off.
Vladimir Coufal and Danny Ings are brought on.
Ings takes Antonio's place as the lone striker, while Aaron Wan-Bissaka switches over to left-back.

Arsenal look like they have another problem, and this time, it's Bukayo Saka.
The England international cuts in from the right and fires in a shot that deflects off Emerson and behind for a corner.
But as he shoots, his left foot clatters into Emerson and leaves Saka rolling around in pain.
He gets some medical attention and is going to carry on for now.

Hmmmmm, this looks like an injury for Riccardo Calafiori.
The Italian is withdrawn before the hour mark and rather slowly makes his way off the field.
Oleksandr Zinchenko is the man to replace him, meaning Arsenal now have an entirely different left side of their defence.

Back underway for the second half, and there are changes for both teams.
West Ham are bringing Edson Alvarez on in place of Crysencio Summerville.
Meanwhile, Gabriel Magalhaes has gone off for Jakub Kiwior.
The Brazilian was a doubt for this match, so it's no real surprise to see him go off.

Martin Odegaard and Bukayo Saka have made Arsenal Premier League history.
By both scoring penalties in the first half, they become the first two players to ever do that for the Gunners.
So, not only have we had seven goals, but we've also had some history being made.
Meanwhile, Saka is now on 15 goals and assists for the season.
The only player who is level with him is Mohamed Salah.
Not bad company.

That's the end of the first 45 minutes, and we've had seven goals.
It's been totally bonkers, but the Gunners will be wondering how they've conceded twice because the Hammers haven't been in this game at all.
Goals from Gabriel Magalhaes, Leandro Trossard, Martin Odegaard and Kai Havertz had the visitors 4-0 up.
However, Aaron Wan-Bissaka and a stunning Emerson free-kick brought the hosts back into the game.
But Bukayo Saka scored a penalty at the end of the half to put Arsenal back in command.
It's been ridiculous, and Jason Cundy can't believe what he has seen.
Speaking on talkSPORT, he said: "What a mad game this has been.
Absolutely insane."

JUST SQUEEZES IT IN!
Bukayo Saka steps up and drills his penalty to the right-hand-corner.
Lukasz Fabianski dives the right way, and gets a hand to it.
But he can't keep it out, and the Gunners can breathe a sigh of relief.

This game is absolutely ridiculous, and Arsenal have another spot kick.
Bukayo Saka swings a corner in from the right.
Gabriel Magalhaes meets it ahead of Lukasz Fabianski, who punches the Brazilian in the head.
The referee points straight to the spot, Bukayo Saka to take...

WHAT A FREE-KICK!
Declan Rice is adjudged to have fouled Lucas Paqueta around 25 yards from goal.
Emerson lines it up and strikes a stunning effort over the wall and in off the crossbar.
Out of nothing, we suddenly have a game on our hands.

OUT OF NOTHING!
Finally, West Ham launch an attack of their own, and they get a goal!
Aaron Wan-Bissaka finishes it, but it's lovely from Carlos Soler, who turns his man in midfield, and he threads a gorgeous ball through the Arsenal defence.
The right-back meets it and finishes into the near post corner.

THIS IS RIDICULOUS!
The West Ham defence evaporates as Leandro Trossard drills a long ball over the top of Max Kilman.
Kai Havertz collects, takes a touch and finishes into the net.
Mikel Arteta's side are purring now!

COOL AS YOU LIKE!
Martin Odegaard steps up and slams his shot into the bottom left corner.
Lukasz Fabianski dives the right way, but he can't get there.

THEY ARE ON FIRE!
Kai Havertz plays a pass into Bukayo Saka, and he finds Martin Odegaard.
The captain dinks a lovely ball through a gap for Saka.
He takes a touch and simply rolls the ball across the six-yard-box for Leandro Trossard.
He can't miss, and doesn't.

Oh so close to a second goal for the visitors!
West Ham lose possession on the halfway line, and Martin Odegaard is away.
He runs into the box and squares a pass to his right for Bukayo Saka.
The England international creates space in the box and curls an effort at goal that just passes the far post.
Lukasz Fabianski didn't even sniff it.

The Hammers have the ball in the back of the net, but it's not going to count.
Riccardo Calafiori gifts possession in midfield and Jarrod Bowen plays Crysencio Summerville in.
The winger accelerates towards the box and beautifully chips an effort over David Raya.
It nestles in the back of the net, but he's just offside.

WHO ELSE!
It's another goal from a set-piece, and Gabriel Magalhaes is on the scoresheet once more.
The Brazilian moves from the back post to the front post and flicks a header into the net from a Bukayo Saka corner.
Dream start for Mikel Arteta's men!
However, it would be fair to say that Jamie O'Hara was less than impressed with the defending.
Speaking on talkSPORT, he said: "It's chaos - it's like Black Friday in there, and he's walked away with the best deal."
That is now Arsenal's 20th goal from corners since the start of last season, while it's Gabriel's fifth.
No team or player have more.
