We also have the starting XIs for this huge match at the Emirates, and it's bad news for Arsenal fans.

Gabriel Magalhaes limped off at the weekend, and he isn't fit to be involved here, meaning Jakub Kiwior starts.

Riccardo Calafiori also came off against West Ham, and he misses out as well, so Oleksandr Zinchenko is at left-back.

Gabriel Martinelli replaces Leandro Trossard and Thomas Partey comes in for Jorginho.

For Man United, it's six changes from the 4-0 win over Everton.

Harry Maguire, Mason Mount, Tyrell Malacia, Rasmus Hojlund, Alejandro Garnacho and Manuel Ugarte come into the side.

Lisandro Martinez, Marcus Rashford, Joshua Zirkzee, Casemiro, Amad Diallo and Kobbie Mainoo come out of the team.

Mainoo isn't in the squad, along with Luke Shaw, but there is a place on the bench for Leny Yoro.

Arsenal: Raya, Timber, Saliba, Kiwior, Zinchenko, Partey, Rice, Odegaard, Saka, Martinelli, Havertz

Subs: Neto, Tierney, Jesus, Trossard, Jorginho, Merino, Sterling, Nwaneri, Heaven

Man United: Onana, Mazraoui, De Ligt, Maguire, Dalot, Malacia, Ugarte, Fernandes, Mount, Garnacho, Hojlund

Subs: Bayindir, Rashford, Zirkzee, Eriksen, Yoro, Diallo, Casemiro, Antony, Kukonki

If ever a team needed a win, it would be Manchester City this evening.

The Citizens are winless in six, losing their last four in the Premier League, and they play a side who claimed a win at Anfield earlier this season.

After watching his team fold on Merseyside, Pep Guardiola has made a few changes.

The most noticeable is that Kevin De Bruyne starts for the first time since a 0-0 draw with Inter Milan in the Champions League.

Jeremy Doku, Jack Grealish and Josko Gvardiol all come into the XI.

Kyle Walker, Matheus Nunes and Rico Lewis drop to the bench, while Phil Foden is missing from the squad.

For Forest, Nicolas Dominguez replaces Elliot Anderson in midfield and Anthony Elanga comes in for Callum Hudson-Odoi.

Man City: Ortega, Akanji, Dias, Ake, Gvardiol, Gundogan, Doku, Silva, De Bruyne, Grealish, Haaland

Subs: Ederson, Walker, Nunes, Savinho, Carson, Wright, O'Reilley, Lewis, McAtee

Nottingham Forest: Sels, Aina, Milenkovic, Murillo, Moreno, Yates, Dominguez, Elanga, Gibbs-White, Silva, Wood

Subs: Miguel, Morato, Williams, Anderson, Awoniyi, Hudson-Odoi, Moreira, Ward-Prowse, Sosa

Arsenal head into their huge game against Manchester United knowing they can make a piece of history.

The Gunners and Red Devils have often been title rivals, so the contests between the two have always been close.

However, the tide is turning in Arsenal's favour, and if they win tonight that would be four consecutive top-flight victories for Arsenal over Man United.

This has never happened before, so not only do Mikel Arteta's men stand a great chance of taking three points, they could create a new club record.

The two starting XIs are in from St James' Park.

After a disappointing 1-1 draw against Crystal Palace, Eddie Howe makes one change as Jacob Murphy comes into the side for Joe Willock.

Alexander Isak was a huge doubt after being withdrawn, but he leads the line.

Murphy coming into the team means a change in formation for the hosts, with Joelinton dropping into midfield.

For Liverpool, there are three changes from the victory over Manchester City.

Trent Alexander-Arnold, Dominik Szoboszlai and Luis Diaz come out of the side.

Jarell Quansah slots into the defence, taking up a centre-back spot, with Joe Gomez at right-back.

Curtis Jones replaces Szoboszlai and Drawin Nunez, who has three goals at St James' Park, leads the line.

Newcastle: Pope, Livramento, Schar, Burn, Hall, Tonali, Guimaraes, Joelinton, Murphy, Gordon, Isak

Subs: Dubravka, Wilson, Barnes, Targett, Osula, Almiron, Willock, Kelly, Longstaff

Liverpool: Kelleher, Gomez, Quansah, Van Dijk, Robertson, Mac Allister, Gravenberch, Salah, Jones, Gakpo, Nunez

Subs: Jaros, Endo, Szoboszlai, Diaz, Elliott, Nallo, Alexander-Arnold, Morton, Nyoni

It's the season and all that, which means that the football is going to be coming thick and fast because that is ultimately the best thing about the Christmas period.

Forget about the turkey, presents and excess eating, the festive period means the Premier League is on - constantly.

This midweek round of fixtures marks the beginning of an incredibly busy period which will stretch squad and make or break seasons.

And after some tasty action last night, we have some huge ties coming up this evening.

The standout ties include Ruben Amorim's first visit to Arsenal and Liverpool heading to St James' Park to take on Newcastle.

Tottenham boss Ange Postecoglou has admitted that the club need attacking reinforcements in the winter transfer window.

However, the Australian has played down the chances of January signing Min-hyeok Yang making a quick impact.

The 18-year-old will link-up with the Spurs squad before the end of the month ahead of his Korean K-League record £3.3million switch from Gangwon.

Richarlison and Wilson Odobert are both long-term absentees, with Mikey Moore and Dominic Solanke also struggling with illness.

Asked if Tottenham need more firepower upfront Postecoglou said: “With Wilson it's long-term, hopefully Mikey by the turn of year will be back as well, but he's 17.

“With Richy it has been frustrating because I see the potential in him and to be fair when he's been fit he's always made an impact, for me anyway.

“I think back to the start of last year and when he came back into the team during the year he went on a scoring run.

“Even the little games he's played this year, he's made an impact.

And deal with the core principles of what you're supposed to do, which would be an entertainment industry.

“And stop allowing yourself to be hijacked by people wanting to impart messages that are well-established in society, that society is already geared towards.”

With regards to Marc Guehi and Sam Morsy's actions, former Crystal Palace chairman Jordan went on to say that he would not force players to take part in the Rainbow Laces campaign if he was still in charge.

Despite this, Jordan did acknowledge the ongoing issue of homophobia in society, but insisted that the sport should not become involved in this debate.

The talkSPORT host said: "I know there's homophobia in society.

"It's not football's job or responsibility to fix that and to hold itself to a higher set of standards."

Ange Postecoglou has insisted Tottenham are doing all they can to give Mikey Moore all the time he needs to return to full fitness.

The 17-year-old has not featured at all for Spurs since making his first Premier League start in a 1-0 loss to Crystal Palace on October 27.

That Selhurst Park visit came just days after the hype surrounding Moore was reaching fever-pitch levels following his European exploits.

Moore starred in a 1-0 Europa League victory over AZ Alkmaar three days before that Palace game and was given a standing ovation - later being compared to Neymar by James Maddison.

Postecoglou said: "Look, I come out here and I want to be as transparent as I can, but this is a 17-year-old boy.

"So whether we bring him back to the first team or he needs to play, we've got to bear in mind that he's 17."

Manchester United are hopeful of reaching an agreement with Amad Diallo over a new contract by the end of this month, talkSPORT understands.

Amad's current deal expires next summer and while United have the option to extend it for a further 12 months they want to tie him down for the long-haul.

The Ivorian is seen as a key player by new manager Ruben Amorim.

Diallo was a shining star during Amorim’s home Premier League debut as the Red Devils beat Everton 4-0.

The 22-year-old grabbed two assists en route to completing his third successive full Premier League game since Erik ten Hag's sacking.

That is already one more than he managed under the Dutchman across all competitions - with the rapid improvement clear to see...

Jamie O’Hara has named former West Ham captain Mark Noble as a potential short-term replacement for Julen Lopetegui.

The Hammers board are expected to hold crunch talks this week to debate Lopetegui‘s future, talkSPORT understands.

Speaking on talkSPORT after last night's 3-1 defeat to Leicester, O’Hara said: “I’d sack him [Lopetegui].

If you don’t have a manager there, you’re season could fall apart.”

Manchester United abandoned plans to wear a pro-LGBQ+ rainbow jacket against Everton after Noussair Mazraoui refused to support the initiative.

The Red Devils have donned a pride-themed warm-up jersey and walk-out jacket in the last two seasons as part of the Premier League's Rainbow Laces campaign, in a show of support for the LGBTQ+ community.

However, according to The Athletic, Sunday's plans were scrapped after Mazraoui told his teammates that he was not prepared to don a similar-themed jacket, citing his Muslim faith as the reason why.

As a result, the team then decided that no players would wear the Adidas jacket, to avoid the £15million summer signing being singled out for criticism.

The outlet also reported that not everyone in the United dressing room was happy with this decision.

A United statement read: “Manchester United welcomes fans from all backgrounds, including members of the LGBTQ+ community, and we are strongly committed to the principles of diversity and inclusion.

“We demonstrate these principles through a range of activities, including support for our Rainbow Devils supporters’ club, and campaigns to celebrate our LGBTQ+ fans and combat all forms of discrimination.

“Players are entitled to hold their own individual opinions, particularly in relation to their faith, and these may sometimes differ from the club’s position.”

Dominic Solanke was not part of the Tottenham squad against Fulham on Sunday afternoon after being sent home.

The striker missed the 1-1 draw through illness and has been a doubt to face his former club Bournemouth tomorrow.

On Tottenham's team news, manager Ange Postecoglou said: "Main one is Dom [Solanke] and he's due to train today.

I know he is desperate to help us, he gives glimpses of brilliance that only he can do."

Leicester manager Ruud van Nistelrooy was delighted to see his team beat West Ham 3-1 at the King Power Stadium.

This was the first game as Foxes boss for the Dutchman, and he picked up three points.

However, while he was pleased with some things, he wasn't too happy with other elements.

Speaking to Amazon Prime, he said: "I think the foundation is for everyone to work their socks off, everybody fighting and tackling.

"They did that in an unbelievable way.

"I said after the game to the players that they are buying into some new ideas that we are going to do.

"I like the 4-4-2 formation because we can be compact and create more from counter-attacks - we have the profiles to play forward quickly and create danger.

"But on the ball, we need to improve.

"We know the Premier League is brutal, so of course, we are delighted with the win, but we also know how many shots West Ham had.

"We had to give everything to get three points, and we must do that every game."

Crystal Palace manager Oliver Glasner has tried to shut down the Marc Guehi talk.

The Eagles captain received a warning from the FA for writing 'I love Jesus' on his rainbow armband at the weekend in the 1-1 draw against Newcastle United.

This is against the FA's rules because it is a religious message.

Tonight, he decided to change the messaging to 'Jesus loves you'.

Of course, that is still against the FA's rules, and it remains to be seen what happens.

However, Glasner hopes to move on from it.

Speaking to talkSPORT after the game, he said: "I think we should calm it down.

I think we all have the same opinion.

"We are in sports and in sports we are always against discrimination and any kind of abuse, and Marc as well."

There goes the final whistle, and Ruud van Nistelrooy has his first win as Leicester manager.

The Dutchman was only appointed as the Foxes boss last Friday and watched on Saturday as they were thrashed 4-1 by Brentford.

But it couldn't have gone much better this evening as Jamie Vardy got things off to a great start with an early goal.

Bilal El Khannous and Patson Daka added some gloss to the scoreline before Niclas Fullkrug got a consolation for the Irons.

In truth, the scoreline flattered the Foxes, who conceded 31 shots, but in the end, three points is all that matters.

NO CLEAN SHEET!

Finally, with their 31st shot at goal, the Hammers pull one back, and it's a first Irons strike for Niclas Fullkrug.

The German has been injured for most of the season, but he's now off the mark for West Ham.

Jarrod Bowen delivers a corner from the right that Crysencio Summerville flicks on.

Fullkrug is in the right place to convert from six yards.

PERFECT ENDING!

Victor Kristiansen lifts a long ball up to Patson Daka.

Max Kilman thinks he's got it, but the substitute is quicker and touches the ball past the defender.

He drives into the box and looks as if he's going to cut inside.

However, he sees the space down the left and uses that before rifling a brilliant strike into the roof of the net.

Ruud van Nistelrooy couldn't have wished for a better start!

The Foxes have the ball in the back of the net again, but it's not going to count.

A ball is played into Facundo Buonanotte, and he holds off his man before finding Patson Daka.

The striker hits a shot towards goal that drops to Bobby Decordova-Reid,

He taps in and runs off to celebrate.

However, VAR deems that Buonanotte was offside in the build-up.

Bilal El Khannous' evening is done.

The 20-year-old has provided two moments of quality in this match to potentially win it.

But he appears to be injured.

Bobby Decordova-reid comes on.

Meanwhile, West Ham have had 29 shots, which is their most on record in a Premier League away game.

HUGE MOMENT!

Leicester break from a West Ham attack, and the ball is switched out to Kasey McAteer on the left.

The winger advances forward and calmly picks out Bilal El Khannous.

The ball is perfectly played into the attacking midfielder, and he slides a strike into the near post corner.

Ruud van Nistelrooy is closing in on a first win as Foxes manager.

At 20 and 207 days, he becomes the youngest player to assist and score a goal in a Premier League game for Leicester since Emile Heskey against West Ham in 1998 (20 and 119 days).
