Martin Odegaard says Arsenal cannot feel sorry for themselves after their defeat to West Ham left their Premier League title hopes hanging by a thread.
The Gunners failed to pile the pressure on Liverpool following a desperately poor performance at the Emirates.
The defeat leaves Arsenal eight points adrift of Liverpool, who have the chance to extend their lead to 11 points at Man City today.
Captain Odegaard said: "It's no time to feel sorry for ourselves.
"We have to keep going.
But we move on and we have to strike back in the next one straight away."

Marcus Rashford is finally getting the support he needs both on and off the pitch, Henry Winter believes.
Rashford joined Aston Villa on loan from Manchester United in January and provided two assists as Unai Emery’s men beat Chelsea on Saturday.
Rashford had struggled for form at United before Christmas but now looks rejuvenated under Emery.
Football writer Winter told talkSPORT: “With Marcus Rashford, we work very so short term.
“I'd take a slightly longer term look that this is a good player who obviously has had a poor 16, 18 months at Manchester United.
“We saw what [he can do] the season before with the 30-odd goals, we've seen it with England, you're seeing it again now.
“I think we sometimes forget that players aren't robots, they're actually human beings as well.
“A player like Marcus Rashford, if you have any understanding of him, he needs that support, whether it's the tactical support to bring the best out of him.
“Also he's that type of character who just needs to know that people support him [emotionally] and he's getting that from Unai Emery.”

Former Manchester United and Arsenal forward Robin van Persie has been appointed the new manager of Feyenoord.
The 41-year-old, who won the Premier League title with United in 2013, has signed a deal to take charge of the Dutch club until 2027.
He leaves Heerenveen, who are currently ninth in the Eredivisie, after taking seven victories from his 23 games in charge.
Van Persie began his playing career with Feyenoord before moving to Arsenal in 2004 and then to Old Trafford eight years later.
He had a problem in his knee and he could not play."

Arsenal have been told any hope of them winning the Premier League title are over.
The Gunners could be 11 points off Liverpool by the end of Sunday, should Arne Slot's side beat Man City.
Mikel Arteta saw his team lose 1-0 to West Ham at home on Saturday.
Speaking on talkSPORT, Rory Jennings said: “Today is the final nail in the coffin.
I think Arteta has done a remarkable job there, but this is unacceptable."

Marcus Rashford put in an excellent display for Aston Villa.
The Manchester United loanee was brought on for the second half in their win over Chelsea and made a huge impact.
Rashford assisted both of Marco Asensio's goals that completed the comeback at Villa Park.
It's the first time in five years that the 27-year-old has assisted two goals in a Premier League match.
He last did so for United in their 3-0 win against Sheffield United in June 2020.

Enzo Maresca believes Chelsea's defeat to Aston Villa is the 'toughest' of their season.
The Blues have now lost seven matches in the Premier League despite taking the lead at Villa Park.
Chelsea have won just two of their last ten league outings and lost five of them, with Maresca feeling the pain of their latest slip.
Speaking afterwards, he said: "This is probably for me personally the toughest defeat of the season.
Villa are a point behind them in seventh and only two points adrift of fourth-place Manchester City.

Mikel Arteta has spoken on his frustration at Arsenal's home defeat to West Ham.
Jarrod Bowen scored the only goal in a 1-0 win for the Hammers, who inflicted the Gunners' third league defeat of the season.
Myles Lewis-Skelly's red card left Arsenal with a one-man disadvantage and they have failed to close the gap on Liverpool.
"We lacked a lot of good decisions time after time to be a real threat and put West Ham under the ropes," he told talkSPORT.
On the Lewis-Skelly red card, he added: "I haven't seen the action again.
"The decision was made, they looked at it and I prefer to look at ourselves."

Pedro Neto does superbly down the right and fires a low ball across the face of goal.
Enzo Fernandez is there with an easy finish to put Chelsea in front against Aston Villa.
The goal came just moments after the Blues made an early substitution.
