The 18-year-old will face Mohamed Salah for the final 20 minutes as Jurrien Timber cannot continue and limps off.

Ryan Gravenberch blazes a speculative shot from distance into the stands that sees David Raya booked for delaying the restart.
The Dutchman then attempts to bring down a bouncing ball but his heavy touch invites Leandro Trossard a chance to nip in.
Gravenberch sticks a leg around the Belgian and pokes the ball into the face of Trossard who goes down theatrically.
Somehow he's penalised and Arne Slot goes wild on the touchline!

The momentum in this game has just slowly swung the way of the visitors and the home crowd can sense it.
Darwin Nunez gets crowded out in the box after a game of pinball but Liverpool retains the pressure down the left flank.
It eventually comes out to Trent Alexander-Arnold who chops inside but his deflected shot goes behind for a corner.
It's an awful delivery from Andy Robertson again though and Kai Havertz easily clears at the near post.
That's the Scot's last involvement as he departs as part of a triple change alongside Alexis Mac Allister and Luis Diaz.
Cody Gakpo, Dominik Szoboszlai and Kostas Tsimikas are all sent on in search of a Liverpool equaliser!

The Gunners survive the visitors' latest attack as Mohamed Salah flashes a cross over Darwin Nunez.
Andy Robertson on the opposite flank then stands up a poor cross that is well-claimed by David Raya.
But Arsenal fans' joy is short-lived - Gabriel is down again!
And this time he can't continue, so Jakub Kiwior comes on and now there's neither of Mikel Arteta's first-choice central defenders playing.
Gabriel has headed straight down the tunnel to the treatment room - that doesn't spell good news at all for the severity of the injury!

The Gunners are already without William Saliba due to suspension and now there's worry over his defensive partner Gabriel.
The Brazilian has dropped to the turf and requires some treatment as Jakub Kiwior goes through his paces on the touchline.
Fortunately for Mikel Arteta, Gabriel does manage to return to his feet and manage a slight jog to the byline.
Declan Rice drops into centre-half with Arsenal momentarily down to 10 men but the defender is soon back on the pitch.

The home side get us restarted for what will surely be an enthralling second-half at the Emirates.
Liverpool conceded twice in the first half of a Premier League game for the first time since December 2023 (two versus Fulham), with today being their 33rd league match since then.
What has Reds boss Arne Slot done at the break to change their fortunes and will it be enough to upset Mikel Arteta?
His first-team assistant Sipke Hulshoff is booked almost immediately for protesting a Darwin Nunez foul on Gabriel.
Slot will hope the players on the pitch keep their composure a bit better...

Bukayo Saka has scored his 50th Premier League goal for Arsenal, and he's done it at a younger age than Thierry Henry did.
Saka netted Arsenal's opener against Liverpool, making him the youngest player to hit half a century in the club's history at 23 years and 52 days old.
Henry joined the club at the age of 22 in 1999 and was 24 years and 128 days old when he netted his 50th for the Gunners.
Ironically, Henry hit the milestone against Liverpool too.
Arsenal beat the Reds 2-1 at Anfield in 2001, with Henry netting from the spot in that game.

The whistle sounds to bring an end to an elite Emirates showdown!
Bukayo Saka, on his return to the Arsenal side, blasted the home side in front inside ten minutes with a stunning solo effort.
Liverpool regrouped and hauled themselves level courtesy of their captain Virgil van Dijk who headed home from close range.
But that equaliser ignited a fire at Arsenal, who dominated the rest of the half and deservedly retook the lead before the break.
Mikel Merino became the 9th Spaniard to score in the Premier League for Arsenal.
Only Manchester City and Liverpool (both 10) have had more such scorers.

An extremely lengthy delay eventually comes to the decision all fans were expecting - Arsenal officially retake the lead!
Mikel Merino's goal is the 27th that Arsenal have struck from set pieces in Premier League since start of last season (excl. pens) - the most in the competition.
Arsenal's 21 headed goals are the most of any side in the competition since the start of last term.

Ibrahima Konate had made a hash of clearing his lines, with his headed flick falling kindly for the Brazilian.
The Frenchman then bundles into Martinelli, who gets caught between him and a recovering Trent Alexander-Arnold.
Anthony Taylor is uninterested and VAR chooses not to get involved.
It also takes the spotlight off Kai Havertz, who would have made any debate redundant after the loose ball had dropped kindly for him.
But the German cleared the crossbar from just shy of the penalty spot.

The Egyptian cuts inside and almost squares it for Luis Diaz arriving in the box but Arsenal get numbers back to scramble it away.
Diaz fancies adding to his haul having already been directly involved in seven goals in his nine Premier League appearances this season.
It was the Colombian's touch that led Virgil van Dijk's 17 headed goals in the Premier League, with only John Terry (27) scoring more amongst defenders.
15 of Van Dijk's last 18 Premier League goals have come via his head, whilst each of his last 20 in the competition have come from a set piece.

Bukayo Saka then bids to engineer something special from the restart as he drifts inside and shoots just over the crossbar.
With his opener for Arsenal, Saka became the seventh youngest player to reach 50 Premier League goals - and youngest for his club.
He now has 10 goal contributions across his opening eight Premier League games this season - the quickest an Arsenal player has reached that tally since Cesc Fabregas had ten after six games in 2009-10.

Arsenal head into this game off the back of their first league defeat of the season against Bournemouth.
A Champions League win against Shakhtar Donetsk in midweek will help lift morale, but it wasn’t a convincing victory and now they have a much tougher opponent.

Gianfranco Zola was at Stamford Bridge for Chelsea's 2-1 win over Newcastle and hailed Cole Palmer before kick-off.
The latter, who has been compared to the Italian for his impact on the Blues, was asked about the praise following the win.
And Palmer gave a meme-worthy response to his knowledge on Zola, which has solely come from his time on the PlayStation.
He told Sky Sports: “I know he is an icon on Fifa so he must have been good.
“Everyone says he was a great player, so thank you.”

Matthijs de Ligt was adjudged to have fouled Danny Ings in stoppage time after a lengthy VAR review.
But despite what seemed to be minimal contact, West Ham were awarded a spot kick, sparking immediate questions over why VAR decided to get involved.
Explaining the decision, the Premier League Match Centre posted on social media: "The referee did not award a penalty to West Ham for a challenge by De Ligt on Ings.
"The referee overturned his original decision and awarded a penalty."

The Blues hold onto the victory to bounce back from defeat to Liverpool having dominated most of the game.

But heroic late defending from Reece James to head behind a dangerous cross into the six-yard area got Chelsea over the line.

Jean Philippe Mateta's first-half strike is enough to down Spurs and move outside of the relegation zone.

It's all kicking-off towards the end of the 2pm games as the Blues are denied the opportunity to take all three points from the spot.
Referee Simon Hooper initially awards a penalty after Christopher Nkunku goes down inside the box after Dan Burn tugged his shirt.
However, replays showed contact from the Newcastle defender was minimal and VAR send the official to the screen.
Referee Hooper reverses his decision after taking a look at the monitor and Newcastle survive!
