The summer transfer window will be split this summer for Premier League clubs.
It means Everton and Liverpool will have a six-day spell in which they will be unable to register new players.
The changes will allow clubs competing in the FIFA World Cup a chance to bring in new players to compete in the tournament.
"Premier League clubs have today agreed the dates for the Summer 2025 Transfer Window," read a statement on the Premier League website.

"The window will open early, between Sunday 1 June and Tuesday 10 June, due to an exceptional registration period relating to the FIFA Club World Cup.
It will then reopen on Monday 16 June and close on Monday 1 September."
Liverpool, despite their domestic performance and Champions League triumph in 2019, did not meet the required criteria to play in the competition.
The expanded event will be the first of its kind, with 32 teams taking part between June 14 and July 13 in the United States.
Chelsea and Manchester City will be the Premier League representatives, with the likes of Real Madrid, Bayern Munich, Paris Saint-Germain and Inter among some of the other big names.
Both Merseyside clubs are expected to have a big summer windows.
Liverpool still face uncertainty over the future of key players Trent Alexander-Arnold, Mohamed Salah and Virgil van Dijk.
As it stands, all three are set to leave the club on a free transfer at the end of the season.
