Al-Nassr bid £62.5m for Liverpool striker Darwin Nunez in January as the Saudi Arabian club were determined to try and bring the Uruguayan star to the Middle East.
However, the Premier League leaders would reject the bid as they did not want to lose the player mid-season.
The Merseyside club would be doing very well if they sold Nunez for this amount of money during the summer, as the 25-year-old has struggled at Anfield throughout the current season.

Speaking on The Transfers Podcast, Duncan Castles has revealed that Saudi Arabia are aiming to emulate their transfer for Jhon Duran in January with more bids this summer for younger ‘established names’, which could see clubs return for Nunez.
“Interestingly, I’m told that his girlfriend, Lorena Manas, who is the ex-wife of former Barcelona player Aleix Vidal, has been working with agents to explore opportunities elsewhere.
“So it looks like this is both sides pushing against the same door with Nunez, or at least Nunez’s partner, encouraging him to look for a move and Liverpool happy to sell the player with a strong, affluent potential buyer in Saudi Arabia.”
Should Liverpool receive the £62.5m Saudi Arabia offered them for Nunez in January, that would go a long way in helping the Reds fund is replacement.
