Liverpool are set for a hectic summer, with a number of players likely to catch the eye of clubs from Saudi Arabia.
The Middle Eastern nation once again look primed to play a big role in the off-season, with Mohamed Salah on Saudi Arabia’s radar before the Liverpool attacker opted to sign a contract extension with the Premier League leaders.
Having already prized the likes of Jordan Henderson and Fabinho from Liverpool in recent years, the club are more than aware of the threat Saudi Arabia can pose to some players, especially if record-breaking offers are on the table.
And Cristiano Ronaldo’s Al-Nassr now appear to be interested in one Liverpool player as an alternative to Real Madrid star Vinicius Junior.

According to TalkSport, Luis Diaz is being eyed by Al-Nassr as their marquee signing this summer, with the Saudi Arabian club unlikely to land Vinicius with Saudi rivals Al-Ahli in the lead for the Brazilian superstar.
Diaz has been linked with an exit from Liverpool heading into the off-season, with clubs from Saudi Arabia interested in the Colombian international, who could be the biggest name player to leave Anfield for a fee in the transfer window.
Barcelona were linked strongly with Diaz, yet interest from the La Liga giants has petered out greatly in recent weeks with the Catalan side not in the financial position to meet Liverpool’s demands for the former FC Porto man.

As a result, Al-Nassr could consider themselves favourites for Diaz, who could be open to making the move to Saudi Arabia depending on how big an offer Ronaldo’s side can make for the winger, who also have Sadio Mane on their books.
Lauded as ‘wonderful’ by Danny Murphy earlier this season, Diaz’s form has hit new heights at Liverpool, with Slot getting the best out of the 28-year-old attacker having established himself as the main left-sided attacker.
Yet with under 18 months remaining on his current contract and interest from Saudi Arabia building, there’s a real chance that Liverpool could be tempted to sell Diaz if a club like Al-Nassr were to make a big offer for the Colombian.
Indeed, Diaz has been great this season for Liverpool, but the forward is far from being irreplaceble, and good fee for the winger could be welcome for the Reds, who use the money to reinvest into the squad and find a long-term successor for the South American.
