Liverpool are set for a big squad overhaul this summer, with a number of players expected to leave.

Trent Alexander-Arnold is closing in on a move to Real Madrid whilst Luis Diaz has caught the attention of Al-Nassr, with the Colombian international a player who could bring in a decent transfer fee for Liverpool this summer.

With Darwin Nunez also tipped to leave Liverpool, Arne Slot’s squad could be completely transformed by the time next season starts, with Jamie Carragher encouraging the Reds to make six signings to help improve the side.

And one player who is likely to leave Liverpool this summer is now believed to be on Everton’s radar.

According to CaughtOffside, Everton are one of six Premier League teams interested in signing Jarell Quansah this summer, with the Liverpool centre-back expected to be on the move once the transfer window opens for business.

Fabrizio Romano has already said that Newcastle United are keen on Quansah with AFC Bournemouth and Brentford amongst the six teams interested in the 22-year-old England international, who has struggled for regular minutes this season.

Although Quansah was once hailed as ‘outstanding’ by Jurgen Klopp, the Liverpool academy graduate has failed to recapture the form that made the defender once one of the most exciting prospects in the Premier League.

And Everton could now be a potential destination for Quansah, with David Moyes side a realistic landing spot for the England international given the amount Liverpool are likely to demand for the centre-back and the current level the defender is playing at.

Transfer dealings between Liverpool and Everton are as rare as they come, given the nature of the rivalry between the two sides, yet that could change this summer with the Toffees now keeping tabs on Quansah.

Moreover, Liverpool have been linked with Everton defender Jarrad Branthwaite in recent months, meaning that a potential swap deal could be considered between the two clubs in the Goodison Park sid are serious about signing Quansah from Anfield.
