The summer transfer window is almost upon us, and Liverpool could be one of the most active Premier League clubs in the market.
Key positions are in need of improving with Trent Alexander-Arnold already close to joining Real Madrid at the end of this season with Liverpool believed to have five positions on their agenda to add to over the summer.
As well as looking at established players who can make an immediate impact, the Reds are also looking at youngsters who could grow into their roles at Anfield in the years to come, with Liverpool eyeing the likes of Greek wonderkid Kostantinos Karetsas.
And Liverpool now have their eyes on another top talent, though whether or not the Merseyside giants will meet the demands is another question entirely.

According to the Daily Mail, Liverpool scouts were in attendance last Saturday to watch Tyler Dibling play for England’s U-19s against Turkey, with the Telegraph since reporting that Southampton have placed a £100m asking price on the 19-year-old talent.
Lauded by Saints manager Ivan Juric during a press conference as a player with ‘incredible potential’, Dibling has been one of the few bright spots for the south coast English side this season, who are set for relegation down to the Championship after only winning promotion last year.
And the youngster’s form has caught the attention of the Reds, with Liverpool one of the many sides interested in signing Dibling heading into the summer, where the teenager could force a move after Southampton’s latest demands.
Indeed, £100m for a player with just four goals and two assists in all competitions is nothing short of ludicrous, and Liverpool will be first to see through Southampton’s demands as unrealistic, with Dibling simply not worth the fee.

Top Premier League clubs are as rich as they have ever been, with teams now have the financial power to make transfers that cross the £100m threshold, the two latest being Declan Rice’s move to Arsenal and Chelsea’s capture of Moises Caicedo.
And Liverpool could be set to join the club this summer, with Alexander Isak emerging as a top target for the Reds with Newcastle United eager to recoup as much as £150m for the Swedish international in the transfer window.
Given how needed a centre-forward is at Liverpool, spending over £100m for Isak is a move many supporters can get behind, but the same can’t be said about Dibling, who would be a poor player to waste so much of the budget on this summer.
