According to the Daily Mail, AFC Bournemouth defender Milos Kerkez has cropped up as an option for Liverpool, with the Hungarian international enjoying a fantastic season with the Cherries as their starting left-back.
As per the report, Kerkez is a friend of Szoboszlai’s with the Liverpool midfielder the defender’s international captain with Hungary, whilst Slot was fond of the young fullback during his playing days at AZ Alkmaar.

With Liverpool strongly linked with a move for Kerkez in recent weeks, there’s a good chance that the 21-year-old fullback could become the player the Reds decide to target as Andy Robertson’s long-term left-back successor.

And with two key figures at Liverpool in Slot and Szoboszlai already huge fans of Kerkez, a deal to sign the Bournemouth defender could be an easy one, especially with how much influence the duo could have on the youngster’s decision-making for next year.

Fulham star Antonee Robinson has been linked with Liverpool for some time, with the USA international fueling rumours this weekend after liking comments urging him to move to Anfield in 2025.
With Alphonso Davies also believed to be a target for Liverpool, the Reds are seemingly on the ball when it comes to signing a new left-back, and supporters should expect an exciting name to move to Anfield in 2025.
