Liverpool legend Roberto Firmino recorded his fifth goal and assist of the campaign for Al-Ahli in the AFC Champions League Elite on Saturday night, helping his side through to the competition's semi-finals.
It comes months after the forward was brutally axed from their domestic league squad.
We approach two years since Firmino waved Anfield farewell with a teary goodbye.
Looking back, he will see plenty of former teammates and many more he never shared the field with, celebrating the Reds becoming Premier League champions.
The 33-year-old's post-Liverpool career hasn't been quite so plain sailing but he looked on top of the world following his latest contributions over in Saudi Arabia.

Al-Ahli hosted and defeated Thai club Buriram United 3-0 in their AFC Champions League quarter-final last night.
Firmino assisted former Manchester City star Riyad Mahrez's fourth-minute opener, saw teammate Wenderson Galeno add a second two minutes later, and then after 30 minutes, got in on the act with a bullet header which had shades of the goal he scored against Tottenham Hotspur in December 2020.
"It was the perfect match," said delighted coach Matthias Jaissle.
That was something important to dominate the game."
It took the Brazilian up to 10 goal contributions in continental competition for his new club for the 2024/25 campaign.
He is also captain of the side when he turns out, though it is only mere months ago that Firmino's season was flipped upside down by the decision of his manager.
Upon Galeno's winter arrival from FC Porto, the Reds legend was dropped from Jaissle's Saudi Pro League squad to comply with the division's foreign player registry rules.
It means action is harder to come by these days but the forward certainly looks to be making the most of it when he is able to play.
A 2019 UEFA Champions League winner with Liverpool, Firmino is vying to bring Al-Ahli their first-ever continental title.
In the past they have only managed to finish runner-up twice, the last in 2012.

To be victorious this time they will have to beat fellow Saudi club Al-Hilal in a semi-final on Tuesday, and if successful the final will be contested on May 3 with Cristiano Ronaldo's Al-Nassr a possible opponent.
