Roy Keane believes Liverpool have all but wrapped up the Premier League title and said "you're looking at the champions there" as they swept aside Manchester City.

However, Michael Owen's surprising view is that Arsenal still have an outside chance of pipping the Reds to top spot.

Following Mikel Arteta's side shock 1-0 loss at home to West Ham United on Saturday, Liverpool had a spring in their step heading to the Etihad.



You're looking at the champions there, it's been a brilliant weekend for them so far.

"They just can't relax now – get the job done.

While Owen was also in awe of Slot's side, he stopped short of declaring them champions.

Speaking on Premier League productions, he said: "You're going for a title and Liverpool have stumbled in the last couple of weeks.

"I know you've got injuries, but you're at home against West Ham and you've still got a good team out there.

If they win their next 12 Premier League matches in a row, they will finish with 89 points, the same tally they achieved last season when they finished two points behind City.

For the Gunners to clinch the title, they would also require Slot's team to drop, at least, 11 points in the process.
