Heath has never been to a Liverpool match(Image: Submitted)
A "fanatical" Liverpool fan "cried tears of joy" when he found out he had won tickets to the Carabao Cup final against Newcastle on Sunday (March 16).
Heath McCalmon, 12, has never been to a Liverpool match, but his luck changed when his mum entered a competition on a whim.
Heath, who has autism, "danced round the room" after his mum, Clare, received a phone call to inform her of the good news.
I'm just really, really pleased."
Clare's partner, Alvin Kofi, from Old Swan, described how Clare had bought tickets to see Liverpool's New Year's Day game against Newcastle.
They were blag tickets but they didn't know that at the time.
"It was getting closer and closer to Christmas and they still didn't have their tickets.
He's fanatical about football."

Despite securing tickets to the final, the pair are struggling to find transport to get from Liverpool to Wembley Stadium.
I know if he ends up going on a coach they'll be made up with him."
If you can help Heath get down to Wembley Stadium for Sunday's Carabao Cup final, please email his mum Clare on claremccalmon71@gmail.com
