Given added: “I’ll be part of the Toon Army and I hope we can witness history being made.

Losing at Wembley is never a nice experience, but they know what to expect now and it should give them that little bit more hunger.

“If Newcastle can then park winning that first trophy then they can use it as a launch pad for the future like City did.
