Liverpool have been charged over fracas after the final Merseyside derby at Goodison Park.
Slot is accused of allegedly acting in an improper manner and/or using insulting and/or abusive words and/or behaviour towards the match officials.
Hulshoff will face an identical charge after he was issued with a red card in the Goodison tunnel by referee Michael Oliver after the 245th derby clash.
Slot admitted on Friday that ’emotions got the better’ of him at Goodison while explaining the reasons for his frustrations boiling over after the game ended.
He said: “Many things happened in extra time that led to me being quite emotional
“Many things happened in extra time but, like I said, it wouldn’t be smart to go into every single incident.”
