Steven Gerrard is to play for Liverpool legends at Anfield later this month in their annual charity match.
And Gerrard will renew rivalries with Chelsea as the Reds host the Londoners' legends side.
The 44-year-old left Al-Ettifaq in January after a poor run of form left them 12th in the Saudi Pro League.
He departed after 18 months in charge of the Saudi side.
Gerrard will play alongside former Liverpool team-mates Sami Hyypia, Martin Skrtel, Peter Crouch and Dirk Kuyt during the match on March 22, which will raise money for the LFC Foundation’s health programmes, which are helping tackle health inequalities across the Liverpool City Region.

Gerrard played in Liverpool legends' 4-2 victory over Ajax legends last March, combining with former Reds favourite Fernando Torres to the delight of supporters at Anfield.
